This MM3313 is an IC providing AC input detection and power supply protection for AC power supplies. It provides three sensing functions required for AC power supplies : overvoltage protection, such as PFC, output voltage drop detection and AC input disconnection detection. This IC allows a protection circuitry to be configured with small component count. In addition, accurate detection can be achieved by integrating these functions into an IC. Standby power can be reduced by lowering current consumption. This IC uses SOP-8 package and supports flow conditions.
